Vormtråkk is now open from Eidsvoll station (with connection to the center of Eidsvoll) and up to the area of ​​Doknes, which is located at the bottom of Doknesgutua. From Doknesgutua via Dokkenmoen there is a connection with Trondheimsvegen in both southbound and northbound directions. Southwards, the connection goes towards Hammerstad and northwards in the direction of Minnesund.

Today, the Vormtråkk hiking trail is open to the public from Skibladnerbrygga to Doknes, a stretch of between three and four kilometres. If you come from the north along Trondheimsveien, there is a shortcut to the station and Sundet if you choose Dokkenmoen, Doknesgutua and Vormtråkk. But note that Doknesgutua offers some steep slopes!

On the stretch from Doknes further north to Langset, the hiking trail can only be completed after the double track has opened and the current track has been removed, among other things. over the railway bridge on Minnesund. This part will therefore not open until late autumn 2024.
