Experiences between Lillehammer and Gjøvik
This leg connects two of the largest Mjøsa towns; Lillehammer and Gjøvik. Most of what there is to see and do is at the start and finish of this leg. If you have yet to explore Lillehammer in full, set off a bit later – or perhaps you prefer an early start and spend most of the day in the charming town of Gjøvik, also known as Mjøsa’s White City.
An alternative is to travel with Skibladner, the world's oldest paddle steamer still in scheduled service, which runs between Lillehammer and Gjøvik on alternate days. Bicycles are permitted on board.
